The problem with Cannabis Clubs

Throughout the EU, some countries that have adopted a relaxed attitude to their cannabis laws have allowed licensed Cannabis Clubs where members can gather and smoke or vape their brains out without fear of persecution.

Yet, the same EU is banning the smoking of tobacco in public places.

Has the cannabis industry learnt nothing from this?
