It's about 100 years since hemp was regulated but there is nobody alive today who can testify that it was Randolph Hearst's doing.
But 100 years later it's box ticking gone mad coupled with an overzealous law enforcement.
If everybody does it, they will do nothing.
My No. 1 rule in life is Do it, review it, change it. But you have to do it!
