100 years ago, cannabis was regulated for the first time. The 1000s of years prior to this that the plant had helped us were forgotten to be replaced with regulation - box tickers. Due to Parkinsons Law we now have armies of bureaucrats around the world all telling us why we can't use this natural product as cannabis or hemp.
